STELLA KELLER

PERRYVILLE -- Stella Margaret Keller, 64, of Perryville died Sunday, July 26, 1998, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

She was born June 19, 1934, in Perry County, daughter of Wallace and Bernice Mowry Zahner. She and Elmer Keller were married Aug. 25, 1952. He died July 1, 1996.

She was a caregiver at Hilltop Nursing Home and also a homemaker.

She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

Survivors include her mother; a son, Richard Keller of Perryville; a daughter, Rita Ruessler of Perryville; five brothers, Ralph, Eugene, Harold and Garrie Zahner, all of Perryville, and Lilburn Zahner of Hephzibah, Ga.; a sister, Della Taylor of Ste. Genevieve; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a brother.

Friends may call at the Miller Family Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. today and from 6:30 to 9:50 a.m. Tuesday. A parish wake service will be at 7 tonight. The rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. The Rev. Kevin P. Fausz will officiate, with burial at Mount Hope Cemetery.
