SIGNE E. LARSON

Signe E. Larson, 89, of Lindsborg, Kan., died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 1993, at Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka, Kan.

She was born Jan. 6, 1904, in Lindsborg, daughter of Carl H. and Esther M. Peterson Anderson. She and Leo S. Larson were married July 20, 1930. He died Aug. 6, 1987.

Larson worked at Home State Bank in McPherson, Kan., 30 years, and at Commercial Bank in Lindsborg seven years. She was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church, Swedish Sewing Club, EHU and Crafts Club in Lindsborg, and Tuesday Evening Sewing Club in McPherson.

Survivors include two daughters, Leah Burton of Topeka, Kan., Linda Train of Cape Girardeau; three sisters, Ingeborg Hopkins of Lindsborg, Helen Kelley of Abilene, Kan., Lillian Bonar of Alta Vista, Kan., seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hays Funeral Chapel in Lindsborg. The Rev. Herbert Johnson Jr. will officiate, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery.
