Shirley Mae Keesee, 78, of Scott City died Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Nov. 9, 1939, in New Hamburg, Missouri, to August and Agatha Bucher Goetz. She and William A. Keesee were married Feb. 16, 1966.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Scott City.
She is survived by her husband, William A. Keesee; two sons, Tim Aaron Keesee and William G. (Crissy) Keesee of Scott City; two daughters, Michelle Weber of Scott City and Lisa (Russell) Grasso of Jackson; two sisters, Mary Ann Eftink of Oran, Missouri, and Jeannie Blakefield of Florida; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev. Michael Casteel as celebrant. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
