ANNA, Ill. -- Shirley J. Lewis, 51, of Anna, died Thursday, June 10, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. She was born March 15, 1942, at Malden, Mo., daughter of Norton and Beulah Waddle Perry. She married Charles J. Lewis, who died Sept. 21, 1989...

ANNA, Ill. -- Shirley J. Lewis, 51, of Anna, died Thursday, June 10, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

She was born March 15, 1942, at Malden, Mo., daughter of Norton and Beulah Waddle Perry. She married Charles J. Lewis, who died Sept. 21, 1989.

Survivors include a son, C.J. Lewis II of Anna; a stepdaughter, Cathy Sheeley of Anna; a stepson, Dan Lewis of Jonesboro; two brothers, Gary Perry of Lincoln, Calif., James Perry of Orlando, Fla.; three sisters, Dorothy Insco of Anna, Wanda Haney of Jonesboro, Opal Tate of Carterville, and a stepgranddaughter.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and a stepson.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Chapel in Anna. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-9 p.m. today.
