Shirley Ann Harlow Farmer, age 84, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Aug. 30, 2015, at Saint Francis Medical Center.
She was born Jan. 20, 1931, in Southern Illinois to Raymond and Marie Grove Harlow. She married Richard Farmer on June 3, 1951.
Shirley was a member of Cape Bible Chapel.
She is survived by her husband, Richard, of Cape Girardeau; two daughters, Lee Ann (Kenneth) Williams of Benton, Illinois, and LaDonne (John) Beardsley of Lexington, Kentucky; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Lois Miller; and one brother, Bill Harlow.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Crain Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
Funeral services for Shirley Ann Harlow Farmer will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Crain Funeral Home Egyptian Chapel in Energy, Illinois, with the Rev. Brad Harlow officiating. Entombment will follow at Egyptian Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association and will be accepted at the funeral home.
