ADVANCE, Mo. -- Sherri Reutzel Anthony, 59, of Advance passed away Monday, Nov. 9, 2009, at her home.

She was born Sept. 13, 1950, in Petersburg, W.Va., daughter of Forrest Gene Reutzel Sr. and Virginia Belle Mayle.

Sherri was a hairdresser at Ginny's Beauty Shop in Advance more than 25 years. She was a member of Advance United Methodist Church and Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include two daughters, Jamica Lynn Anthony of Dexter, Mo., Cinnamon Lee Dockery of Advance; two grandsons, Aaron and Austin Arnold of Advance; and two brothers, Gene and George Reutzel of Cape Girardeau.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, James William Anthony II.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Jerry Willer officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
