ST. LOUIS -- Shelley Slater Nunnelee, 37, was born May 26, 1978, in Kansas City, Missouri, and made his transition Friday, Nov. 6, 2015, in St. Louis.

Shelley is survived by his mother, Sharon Slater Nunnelee, of Kansas City and his grandmother, Janice Nunnelee of Cape Girardeau.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joe "Mark" Nunnelee, and his brother, Mark Britton "Britt" Nunnelee.
