Sarah Clark Semmler, 83, died Saturday, April 9, 1994, in Cape Girardeau.
She had resided in Metamora, Ohio, for 79 years, moving here five years ago to reside with a son.
Semmler was head librarian at Metamora Public Library 27 years. She was Sunday School primary superintendent and teacher at the United Methodist Church in Metamora 25 years.
She married John Paul Semmler, who died in 1987.
Survivors include a son, Gary Semmler of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Ione Thompson of Paradise, Mich., Eunice Jacob of Toledo, Ohio, and two granddaughters.
Friends may call at Biehl-Malone Funeral Home in Metamora from 5-9 p.m. Wednesday.
Funeral service will be at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Thursday. Pastor Charles Selby will officiate, with burial in Amboy Township Cemetery.
