MARBLE HILL -- Funeral service for Sandy Renee Beard will be held at 1 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. Jessie Long will officiate, with burial in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery.

Beard, 21, died Tuesday, Jan. 25, 1994, at St. Louis University Medical Center.

She was born Oct. 18, 1972, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Gilbert and Kay Long Beard.

Survivors include her father of Fredericktown; her mother, Kay Brown of Valmeyer, Ill.; a sister, Tina Beard of Valmeyer; grandmothers, Audrey Beard and Maggie Long of Marble Hill.
