BELL CITY -- Funeral service for Sandra Kay Midkiff, Bell City Route 1, will be held at 1 p.m. today at Bell City General Baptist Church. The Rev. Doyle Stogsdill will officiate, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery near Poplar Bluff.
Friends may call at the church from 11 a.m. to service time.
Nunnelee Funeral Chapel at Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
Midkiff, 44, died Thursday, Nov. 24, 1994, at Lucy Lee Hospital in Poplar Bluff.
She was born Dec. 31, 1949, in Poplar Bluff, daughter of Orville S. and Lorene Helton Coleman. She and Robert D. Midkiff were married March 29, 1969, in St. Louis.
Midkiff was a 1967 graduate of Poplar Bluff High School. She worked 10 years at Arvin Automotive Manufacturing Co. in Dexter, and was a member of Bell City General Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Robert Midkiff, a daughter, Glenna Stroup, and her mother, all of Bell City; two brothers, Carl Coleman of Poplar Bluff, Ronald Coleman of Corning, Ark.; two sisters, Debra Lindberg of Scott City, Mary Casey of Bell City, and a granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her father and a sister.
