PERRYVILLE -- Salvador Flores, 94, of Perryville, died Sunday, June 23, 1996, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
He was born Nov. 1, 1901, in Guadalajara, Mexico, son of Jose and Maria Condelari Famoso Flores. He and Maria Luisa Mendez were married in 1925. She died Feb. 15, 1994.
Flores was a retired railroad brakeman.
Survivors include three sons, Armando Flores of Irvine, Calif., Carlos and George Flores of Guadalajara; two daughters, Alma Keough of St. Louis, Idalia "Eva" Abernathy of Perryville; a sister, Theresa De Del Olmo of Guadalajara; 21 grandchildren, and 32 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, three brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. today, and Thursday after 6:30 a.m.
Funeral service will be at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
