Sally Douglas, 92, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, May 11, 2008, at Chateau Girardeau Health Center. She was born March 22, 1916, at Illmo, Mo., daughter of H.N. and Clara Miller Hobbs. She and Willard C. Douglas were married Aug. 28, 1976, at Illmo. He died Jan. 23, 2004...

Sally Douglas, 92, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, May 11, 2008, at Chateau Girardeau Health Center.

She was born March 22, 1916, at Illmo, Mo., daughter of H.N. and Clara Miller Hobbs. She and Willard C. Douglas were married Aug. 28, 1976, at Illmo. He died Jan. 23, 2004.

Douglas had been a clerk typist for the U.S. Government. She was a member of the Democratic Club.

Survivors include cousins, Monica and Richard Schroeder of Altenburg, Mo.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. The Rev. Jim Woeltje will officiate. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park.
