MARBLE HILL -- Ruthia Jane Germann, 86, of Marble Hill, died Tuesday, April 13, 1993, at her home. She was born Oct. 19, 1906, at Glen Allen, daughter of Ben and Rose Newell Farmer. She married Lyman Liley in 1925, who died in 1967. She later married Lewis Germann in 1977, who died in 1978...

MARBLE HILL -- Ruthia Jane Germann, 86, of Marble Hill, died Tuesday, April 13, 1993, at her home.

She was born Oct. 19, 1906, at Glen Allen, daughter of Ben and Rose Newell Farmer. She married Lyman Liley in 1925, who died in 1967. She later married Lewis Germann in 1977, who died in 1978.

Germann attended First Assembly of God Church in Marble Hill.

Survivors include a daughter, Virginia Kerley of Marble Hill; a sister, Mabel Hughart of East Alton, Ill., and a grandson.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at First Assembly of God Church. The Rev. Randy Masters will officiate, with burial in Baker Cemetery.

Friends may call at the church after 10 a.m. Friday.

Liley Funeral Home here is in charge of arrangements.
