RUTH M. JENKINS

SIKESTON -- Ruth Marie Jenkins, 89, of Chaffee, died Tuesday, April 6, 1993, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born March 3, 1904, at Greenbriar, daughter of Clarence and Mary Jane Shell Hindman. She and Clyde Jeff Jenkins were married June 16, 1922. He died March 6, 1981.

Jenkins was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Maxine Woods of Sikeston; a sister, Ruby Cracraft of Cape Girardeau; two grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. The Rev. R.L. Robinson will officiate, with burial in Union Park Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today.
