RUTH J. ROBINSON

SIKESTON -- Ruth J. Robinson, 69, of Sikeston, died Wednesday, April 20, 1994, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born Sept. 29, 1924, in Lilbourn, daughter of Burnie Lee and Beulah Jane Heath Chambers. She and George M. Robinson were married Sept. 18, 1940, in Portageville.

Robinson was a member of First United Methodist Church at Lilbourn.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Gary Robinson of Gilbertsville, Ky.; two daughters, Dianne Bone of Charleston, Debbie Russell of Sikeston; a sister, Sybil Wathen of Sikeston; a half brother, Eldon Chambers of Paducah, Ky., and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Stella Turner officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
