RUTH I. BILLINGS

MILLER CITY, Ill. -- Funeral service for Ruth I. Billings of Miller City will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Lake Milligan Baptist Church. The Rev. Verlee Eaker will officiate, with burial in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens at Villa Ridge.

Friends may call at Barkett Funeral Chapel in Cairo after 5 p.m. today.

Billings, 84, died Wednesday, Feb. 16, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

She was born June 1, 1909, in Miller City, daughter of John and Effie Lane Ryal. She married Darold G. Billings, who died in 1986.

Billings was a member of Lake Milligan Church.

Survivors include three sons, Donald and Harmon Billings of St. Louis, Darold Billings of Miller City; seven grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
