Funeral service for Ruth Elizabeth Eugas Cosper of Tyler, Texas, will be held at 10 a.m. today at First Presbyterian Church in Tyler, with the Rev. Richard Ramsey officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill cemetery.
Jackson's Burks-Walker-Tippit Funeral Home in Tyler is in charge of arrangements.
Cosper, 83, died Saturday, Nov. 11, 1995, in a Tyler nursing home.
She was born June 17, 1913, at Doe Run. She and Roy Persiual Cosper were married in 1943.
Cosper received a bachelor of arts degree from Southeast Missouri State University.
She had lived in Tyler since 1954, and retired as an art teacher from Moore Junior High School. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Douglas Cosper of Colorado; a daughter, Dianne Zaharias of Colorado, and five grandchildren.
