CHAFFEE -- Graveside service for Ruth May Bouge of Chaffee will be held at 11 a.m. today at Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Bouge, 94, died Monday, Feb. 22, 1999, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born June 18, 1904, in Marion, Ill., daughter of Elmer and Altha Ledford Shadwell. She and Selwyn C. Bouge were married Oct. 27, 1921, in West Plains. He died Feb. 28, 1985.

Bouge was a member of First Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include a son, Robert Bouge of Marshall; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, four brothers and three sisters.
