RUSSELL WILLS

PERRYVILLE -- Russell E. Wills, 73, of Perryville died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born March 8, 1924, in Longtown, son of Peter and Della Bingenheimer Wills. He and Neltha Roth were married Sept. 7, 1946.

Wills was a retired farmer. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, American Legion Post 133, and VFW Post 4282. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Mary Grebe of Humboldt, Iowa, Lillian Ramsey of Chesterfield; two sons, Russell Wills Jr. of Cape Girardeau, Larry Wills of San Antonio, Texas; a sister, Leona Lintner of Perryville; a brother, Melvin Wills of Perryville; five grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and two stepgrandchildren.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. Saturday, and Sunday after 6:30 a.m.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Craig Otto officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
