DAISY, Mo. -- Ruby Iolyn Sebaugh, 92, of Daisy died Friday, Feb. 2, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born Sept. 13,1908, in Newton, Ill., daughter of Orville E. and Maude Trimble Isley. She first married Sesco E. Sebaugh June 7, 1933. He died Feb. 10, 1987. She later married Delos Sebaugh June 21, 1987...

DAISY, Mo. -- Ruby Iolyn Sebaugh, 92, of Daisy died Friday, Feb. 2, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Sept. 13,1908, in Newton, Ill., daughter of Orville E. and Maude Trimble Isley. She first married Sesco E. Sebaugh June 7, 1933. He died Feb. 10, 1987. She later married Delos Sebaugh June 21, 1987.

Sebaugh graduated from high school at Newton, attended Carthage College and Bloomington-Normal and received a bachelor of science degree in education from Southeast Missouri State University.

She taught school a number of years in rural Illinois, and at Egypt Mills, Morley and Perryville, Mo., retiring in 1970. She was a member of Sargents Chapel Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Edward Sebaugh of Sedgewickville, Mo.; four daughters, Rosemary Berry and Diana Brunke of Jackson, Mo., Wanda Hale of Austin, Texas, Sylvia Sander of Belleville, Ill.; a stepson, Perry Sebaugh of Park City, Ky.; two stepdaughters, Marge Green of Park City, Dodie Eisenhauer of Daisy; two sisters, Maxine Zickfield of Cape Girardeau, Carma Diel of Champaign, Ill.; 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; nine stepgrandchildren; and seven great-stepgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson from 4-8 p.m. today, and Sunday after 1 p.m. at Sargents Chapel Church.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the church, with the Rev. Albert Nyland officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
