SCOTT CITY -- Ruby Rudy, 87, of Scott City, died Sunday, April 17, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center.

She was born Nov. 4, 1906, at Allenville, daughter of William and Nancy Jane Mills Sanford. She and Peter McCllen Rudy were married Juy 19, 1926, in St. Louis.

Rudy had worked at Ely Walker.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Mary Bohn of Cahokia, Ill.; three brothers, James and William Sanford of Scott City, Harvey Sanford of Cahokia; two sisters, Imogene Hester and Norma Crites of Chaffee; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, and a great-great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Scott City after 4 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. William Dickey officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery.
