SIKESTON, Mo. -- Ruby Lois Mills, 73, of Sikeston died Monday, June 30, 2003, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born July 1, 1929, at Vanduser, Mo., daughter of William B. and Ethel L. Cooper Parks. She and Harold Mills were married July 1, 1975, at Puxico, Mo.
Mills had been a private duty caretaker for the Norman Lambert family.
Survivors include her husband; four sons, Gary Klingel of Benton, Mo., Byron Klingel of Kennett, Mo., Bobby Klingel of Vanduser, Billy Klingel of Jackson; a daughter, SonJa Fisher of Vanduser; three brothers, J.D. Parks of Puxico, John Parks of Morehouse, Mo., Jimmy Parks of Center, Texas; two sisters, Captola Fodge and Hilda McClung of Sikeston; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. David Cullen officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
