RUBY M. BOCKHORST

Ruby M. Bockhorst, 71, 3128 Themis, died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 1993, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born Sept. 19, 1922, at Neosho, daughter of Benjamin F. and Ida Mae Wood Miracle. She and George E. Bockhorst were married Feb. 10, 1943, in Kansas City.

Bockhorst was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband; a son, George Bockhorst Jr. of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Dee Ann Reeves of Manchester; two sisters, Velva Boucher of Joplin, Mary Turner of Republic;; four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. Neil Stein will officiate.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-6 p.m. Thursday.
