RUBY HAGEY

CAIRO, Ill. -- Ruby Hagey, 90, of Cairo died Sunday, Oct. 22, 2000, at Daystar Care Center in Cairo.

She was born Jan. 3, 1910, in Buford, Ga., daughter of Noon and Lilly Edwards Bagby.

She worked as a nurse's aide at St. Mary's Hospital in Cairo for many years.

Survivors include three sisters, Susie Taylor, May Fleming and Bertha Wilson, all of Cairo.

She was preceded in death by a sister.

Service will be private. Burial will be at Beechwood Cemetery in Mounds, Ill.

Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo is in charge of arrangements.
