SIKESTON, Mo. -- Ruby May Frazier, 94, of Sikeston died Monday, March 11, 2002, at Sikeston Convalescent Center.
She was born March 10, 1908, in New Madrid County, daughter of John and Melvina Launius Wren. She first married Troy Clifton Carr, then Walter Laymon, and later Lee Frazier. All preceded her in death.
Survivors include three sons, Troy Carr of Sikeston, Ernest Laymon of Morehouse, Mo., and Franklin Frazier of Centralia, Ill.; four daughters, Virginia Lemmink of Benton, Mo., Lois Crabtree of South Beloit, Ill., Dorothy Tinnin and Sally Carden of Sikeston; a brother, Frank Wren of Ellsberry, Mo.; 25 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, a brother, a sister, and a grandson.
Friends may call at Blanchard Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Maxie Schrieber officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
