ROY W. WISEMAN

ADVANCE -- Roy William Wiseman, 90, Advance Route 2, died Tuesday, Jan. 31, 1995, at Advance Nursing Care.

He was born July 14, 1904, at Lutesville, son of Adam and Kate Shell Wiseman. He and Myrtle Fee were married Sept. 9, 1922. She died Aug. 8, 1984.

Wiseman was a retired farmer, and member of Bethel General Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons, Bradford Wiseman of Wood River, Ill., Odell Wiseman of Advance, Elden Wiseman of Fenton; a daughter, Almeda Puckett of St. Ann; a brother, Omer Wiseman of Advance; two sisters, Lovie Cooper of East Alton, Ill., Hazel Sitze of Bethalto, Ill.; five grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, great-grandson, six brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ray Placher officiating. Burial will be in Bollinger County Memorial Park at Marble Hill.
