ROY TELLOR

JONESBORO, Ill. -- Roy L. Tellor, 80, of Jonesboro died Tuesday, Dec. 10, 1996, at Jonesboro Healthcare Center.

He was born March 29, 1916, in Pomona, son of Elmer and Marilda Taylor Tellor.

Tellor was a retired baker. He was a member of Union Local 4 in St. Louis.

Survivors include a son, Robert Tellor of Bryan, Texas; three daughters, Mary Conner and Ruth Ewing of Mt. Vernon, Elizabeth Cooper of East Alton; a sister, Carrie Fisher of Granite City; a half sister, Ethel Hall of Cahokia; three half brothers, Herschel Tellor of Jonesboro, Glenn and David Tellor of Anna; a stepsister, Betty Tellor; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother, two half brothers and three grandchildren.

Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna from 6-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Austin Fisher officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
