ROY S. SITTON

Roy S. Sitton, 63, of Gilbertsville, Ky., formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Wednesday, March 22, 1995, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Ky. He was born Dec. 23, 1931, at St. Peters. He married the former Doris Riehn. Sitton was an electrical engineer at Martin Marietta, and attended Bethel Baptist Church in Gilbertsville. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War...

Roy S. Sitton, 63, of Gilbertsville, Ky., formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Wednesday, March 22, 1995, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Ky.

He was born Dec. 23, 1931, at St. Peters. He married the former Doris Riehn.

Sitton was an electrical engineer at Martin Marietta, and attended Bethel Baptist Church in Gilbertsville. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Kevin and Gregory Sitton of Rolla, Brian Sitton of Jackson, Tenn., and a sister, Ruby Stoaks of Baker, Ore.

Friends may call at Lindsey Funeral Home in Paducah after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Duane Holland officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Church Cemetery.
