Roy Edward Nanney, 71, of Jackson died Monday, May 9, 2011, at Jackson Manor.
He was born Sept. 30, 1939, in Jackson, to Lester Roy and Bessie Gladys Masters Nanney.
Roy worked in production at Atlas Plastics, now Spartech, in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include a son, Bruce Nanney; a daughter, Brenda Parker; and a brother, Bob Nanney, all of Jackson; four grandchildren, Ricky, Deanna, Beverly and Bobby; and three great-grandchildren, Olivia, Kevin and Savannah.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Paul, and an infant sister.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Janet Hopkins officiating.
Burial will be in Lessley Ridge Cemetery.
