ROY H. COLLINS

Funeral service for Roy Harold Collins, 3501 Hopper Road, will be held at 2:30 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. Harold Henderson will officiate, with burial in Lorimier Cemetery.

Collins, 70, died Saturday, April 16, 1994, at Cape Girardeau Nursing Center.

He was born April 26, 1923, in Cape Girardeau, son of Samuel and Mary Elizabeth Wolters Collins.

Collins was a 1940 graduate of University High School.

He worked on the family's dairy farm his entire life, retiring in 1983 because of ill health. He was active in the Parish Four Missouri Jersey Cattle Club, and was a member of the American Jersey Cattle Club and Grace United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sisters, Opal and Irene Collins, and a brother, Walter Collins, all of Cape Girardeau.

He was preceded in death by two brothers.
