DEXTER -- Funeral for Roy Davison of Dexter will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. Pastor Tim Russell will officiate, with burial in Dexter Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. today.
Davison, 51, died Monday, Oct. 19, 1998, at Dexter Memorial Hospital.
He was born Feb. 20, 1947, in Portageville, son of Aaron and Eunice Moran Davison. He and Kay Tanner were married Oct. 6, 1967, at Dexter.
Davison had lived at Dexter most of his life. He was a maintenance foreman at Triangle Wire in Sikeston, retiring in 1965 due to ill health. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Karen Wood and Tisha Moore of Dexter; his father of Dexter; a brother, James Davison of Arnold; a sister, Dorothy Young of Hillsboro; and a grandson.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
