MORLEY -- Funeral service for Roy Arnold of Morley will be held at 2 p.m. today at First Baptist Church here. The Rev. Jim Matthews will officiate, with burial in New Morley Cemetery.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Oran from 8 a.m. to noon.
Arnold, 89, died Monday, Nov. 16, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born June 6, 1903, in New Madrid County, son of George and Josephine Johnson Arnold. He and Emma Marie Black were married Dec. 25, 1927.
Arnold was an electrician with Southern Equipment Co. in St. Louis, retiring in 1970 and moving to Morley.
He was a member of First Baptist Church at Morley, and IBEW Local 1 in St. Louis.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Jack Arnold of St. Louis; a daughter, June Leavitt of Clearwater, Fla.; three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, grandson, brother and three sisters.
