ROXIE E. STILTS

PATTON -- Roxie Elizabeth Stilts, 80, of Shawneetown, Ill., died Sunday, Oct. 16, 1994, at the home of a daughter in Shawneetown.,

She was born Feb. 21, 1914, at Patton, daughter of Joe M. and Earsa Jones Kirkpatrick. She and Charles Henry Stilts were married Jan. 17, 1932. He died June 2, 1987.

Stilts attended McGee Chapel Church before moving to Shawneetown in 1985.

Survivors include three sons, Leonard Stilts of Jerseyville, Ill., Lyman Stilts of Dow, Ill., Raymond Stilts of Bunker Hill, Ill.; a daughter, Ioma Dortch of Shawneetown; 18 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, three brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Patton after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Clinton Massa and Lloyd Green officiating. Burial will be in New Trace Creek Cemetery at Glen Allen.
