SIKESTON, Mo. -- Ross E. Milburn, 76, of Sikeston died Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2000, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
He was born May 30, 1924, in Sikeston, son of Ross A. and Mary Walker Milburn.
Milburn was a terminal manager at Tucker Truck Lines, where he worked for 36 years. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Survivors include a son, Alan Milburn of Greenville, Ill.; three daughters, Sheryl Ann Dowdy of Benton, Mo., Pamela Figlewicz of Kent, Wash., and Paula Throop of Kelso, Mo.; a brother, John Milburn of Wilmar, Ark.; a sister, Edith Couch of Sikeston; six grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by a brother, a sister and a great-grandson.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Friday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the chapel. The Rev. Delbert Bishop will officiate. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
