ANNA, Ill. -- Rosey Winn, 92, died Sunday, Jan. 28, 2001, at Florissant Skill Care Center in Florissant, Mo. She was born Jan. 19, 1909, in Anna, daughter of Jeremiah and Nora Speck Volner. She and Charles Robert Winn were married Oct. 25, 1928, in Anna. He died Nov. 6, 1987...

ANNA, Ill. -- Rosey Winn, 92, died Sunday, Jan. 28, 2001, at Florissant Skill Care Center in Florissant, Mo.

She was born Jan. 19, 1909, in Anna, daughter of Jeremiah and Nora Speck Volner. She and Charles Robert Winn were married Oct. 25, 1928, in Anna. He died Nov. 6, 1987.

Winn worked at a shoe factory in Anna and was a charter member of Jonesboro Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include two sons, Don Winn of Florissant, Joel Winn of Newton, Ill.; three daughters, Juanita Limbert of Hazelwood, Mo., Esta Rogers of Florissant, Roberta Suits of Hodgenville, Ky.; eight grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Hileman and Parr Funeral Home in Jonesboro from 4-9 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Jonesboro Pentecostal Church. Burial will be in McGinnis Cemetery.
