Rosetta Verble

TAMMS, Ill. -- Rosetta M. (McCrite) Verble, 92, passed away Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017.

Rosetta was the beloved wife of the late Sam Verble and the loving mother of Sam (Fran) Verble, Danny (Renee) Verble, Jerry (Kathy) Verble, Garry (Donna) Verble, Terry Verble and the late Jane Verble. She was the cherished grandmother of seven and devoted great-grandmother of 10.

She was the dearest daughter of the late Edward and Dora McCrite and a dear sister of Gustava "Toot" Lawrence and the late Winifred Fravie Mary McCrite, Farrell McCrite and Edward McCrite. She was the fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held Sunday at McKenzie Funeral Home in Oak Forest, Illinois.

Family and friends will gather at the Lindsey Cemetery in McClure on Wednesday for an interment service at 11 a.m.
