Rosemary Dougan

Rosemary Dougan, 76, of Jackson passed away Thursday, Nov. 24, 2016, at Landmark Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born May 8, 1940, in Paducah, Kentucky, daughter of Hallet and Mary Phelps Hays. She and Sidney Dougan were married Jan. 6, 1962.

Rosemary was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jackson. She worked for the former LeeRowan Co. in Jackson for 15 years, retiring in 2005.

Survivors include her husband of over 54 years, Sidney; two sons, James Dougan of Farmington, Missouri, and Michael Dougan of Jackson; two grandchildren; and one brother, Jim (Helen) Hays of Cape

Girardeau.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a half brother, Ronald Austin.

Arrangements by McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson. There will be no services.
