Rose Annette Speakman, 60, of Scott City died Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011, in Mountain Home, Ark.
She was born Oct. 22, 1950, in Truman, Ark., to Jim and Henrietta Spalding Hutcherson. She and William Lonnie Speakman were married Sept. 26, 1989. He preceded her in death May 21, 1995.
She was an assembly line worker at Nearines Electrical Co. in DeKalb, Ill.
Survivors include three sons, Plenney Barkdull IV of Hartford City, Ind., Thomas Rodriguez of DeKalb, William S. Speakman of Ripley, Miss.; three daughters, Jeannette Zuniga and Rosa Speakman of Cape Girardeau, Rita Edgar of Scott City; two brothers, Edward Hendrix of Hartford City, Ind., Bill Hutcherson of Truman; a sister, Carolyn Henderson of Clarksville, Tenn.; 28 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Rennie Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
