DONGOLA, Ill. -- Graveside service for Rose Brooks of Pensacola, Fla., will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at American Legion Cemetery.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Dongola from 5-7 p.m. Friday.

Brooks, 95, died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 1996, in Pensacola.

She was born Nov. 10, 1900, in Dongola, daughter of Francis M. and Narcissa Penrod McBride.

Brooks was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Ward 2, Rebecca Lodge No. 90, Ladies Auxiliary of World War I Veterans, and Royal Neighbors of America.

Survivors include a daughter, June Kirby of Pensacola; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
