ANNA, Ill. -- Roscoe F. Kelley, 75, of Anna died Tuesday, June 3, 1997, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
He was born July 16, 1921, in Jonesboro, son of Francis Lester and Clydie Lingle Kelley. He and Berniece Brimm were married Oct. 31, 1969, in Jackson, Mo.
Kelley was an operating engineer. He was a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife; a stepdaughter, Donna Gallion of Doniphan, Mo.; two brothers, Oren and Elmer Kelley of Jonesboro; a sister, Mary Tucker of Wolf Lake; two stepgrandsons; and a great-stepgrandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, and stepfather.
Friends may call at Hileman and Parr Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Myron Dillow officiating. Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery, with military rites by Carroll P. Foster VFW Post 3455.
