Rosalie Dalton

Rosalie J. Dalton, 86, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, Dec. 2, 2010, at Fountainbleau Lodge.

She was born May 8, 1924, in Cape Girardeau, to Ernest A. and Edna B. Loos Lehne. She and Lowell O. "Butch" Dalton were married April 25, 1942, in Cape Girardeau. He died Dec. 22, 2008.

Rosalie had worked for Brown Shoe Co. and in the accounting department at Bluff City Beer. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Cheryl Dalton of Green Bay, Wis., Carla Joyce of Jackson; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park.
