Ronald D. "Rusty" Ragsdale, 61, of Scott City passed away Friday, March 28, 2014, at his residence. He was born July 1, 1952, in Sikeston, Mo., son of John Alex and Ada Hutchins Ragsdale. Mr. Ragsdale was a self-employed over-the-road truck driver. Ronald D. "Rusty" Ragsdale, 61, of Scott City passed away Friday, March 28, 2014, at his residence.

He was born July 1, 1952, in Sikeston, Mo., son of John Alex and Ada Hutchins Ragsdale.

Mr. Ragsdale was a self-employed over-the-road truck driver.

Survivors include sons Zac Ragsdale of Watervliet, Mich., Steven Ragsdale of Arizona and Aaron Powers of Wisconsin; daughter Michelle (Adam) Hall of Kenner, La.; brother Burl D. Ragsdale of Millersville, Mo.; sisters Betty Jean Oliver of Clarksville, Ark., and Shirley A. Crites of Marble Hill, Mo.; and granddaughter Stephanie Ragsdale of South Haven, Mich.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, John G. Ragsdale and Bobby G. Ragsdale; and a sister, Berta Lorene Busby.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Locust Grove General Baptist Church.

Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill is in charge of arrangements.
