Ronald Crigger

Ronald Crigger, 48, of North Carolina died Monday, May 24, 2004, in an automobile accident in Wichita, Kan.

He was born Nov. 8, 1955, in Chicago, son of Robert and Lorene Adams Crigger. He and Vanessa Henderson were married Dec. 6, 1973, in Cape Girardeau.

Crigger lived in Cape Girardeau most of his life. He was a lineman in the cable television industry.

Survivors include a son, Adam Crigger of Wichita; two daughters, Shantell Burton of Cairo, Ill., Lana Burton of Marble Hill, Mo.; four brothers, Gary and Eric Crigger of Jackson, Steve Crigger of South Carolina, Aaron Crigger of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Robin Pettit of Cape Girardeau; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

There is no visitation.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home. The Rev. Darren Henderson will officiate.
