Ronald Dean Baker, 59, of Scott City died Tuesday, July 7, 2015, in Silverthorne, Colorado.
He was born Feb. 16, 1956, in Artesia, California, to Edward David and Sarah Alice Lee Baker. He married Brenda Louvine Davidson on Sept. 20, 1980, in Scott City.
Ron was owner of Baker's Service Center in Scott City and taught auto body repair at Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda; a son, Zach Baker of Scott City; and a brother, Don (Mary) Baker of Scott City.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Sherry Braden.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the chapel, with the Rev. Ronnie McKinley officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery.
