LOWNDES, Mo. -- Romaine Rogers White, 87, of Lowndes died Feb. 3, 2007, at Saint Francis Medical Center.
She was born July 4, 1919 in Rhodes, Mich., son of Hugh and Alice Belle Cann Goodrich.
She married Charles Rogers on Dec. 27, 1937. He preceded her in death. She later married Chester White, who also preceded her in death.
White was a member of the Community Church of Christ of Lowndes.
Survivors include one son, Charles Rogers of Lowndes; and five daughters, Phyllis Walk of McGee, Mo., Carol Weston of Lowndes, Sharon Baker of Doe Run, Mo., Peggy McAtee of Advance, Mo., and Vicky Turner of Lowndes.
She was preceded in death by a son, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at the Community Church of Christ in Lowndes. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance, with the Revs. Jack and Dale Rogers officiating.
