Roger McClain

Roger Dale McClain, 50, of Buford, Ga., died Friday, Aug. 1, 2003, at Gwinnett Medical Center.

McClain is the son of Forrest and Pauline McClain. He was a graduate of Sedalia High School in Kentucky and attended Morehead State University in Morehead, Ky. He was sales manager at Gwinnett Place Ford in Georgia.

Survivors include his wife, Donna McClain; a son, Brandon McClain of Mayfield, Ky.; a daughter, Mindy Hall of Mayfield; two stepdaughters, Robin Dunn of Cape Girardeau, Julie Upchurch of Commerce, Mo.; two brothers, Ronnie McClain of Mayfield, Robert McClain of Sedalia; two sisters, Phyllis Canter and Vicki Lamb of Mayfield; and nine grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, with Keith Allred and Chad Lamb officiating. Burial will be in Mayfield Memory Gardens.
