Robin Ann Jansen Crowley, age 54 years and 202 days, was called home by our heavenly Father on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2017, peacefully in her home outside Old Appleton.

She was born March 6, 1963, in Cape Girardeau to Otto and Bonnie Menz Jansen.

On Oct. 18, 2003, she married Richard Dale Crowley, who survives of the home.

She also is survived by her mother, Bonnie Jansen of Jackson; one son, Deric Smith of Ballwin, Missouri; two daughters, Aimee Crowley of Perryville, Missouri, and Abbie Crowley of Lee's Summit, Missouri; one sister, Veronica Hahn of Seabrook, Texas; two brothers, Kenneth Jansen and Steven Jansen, both of Jackson; two grandsons, James and Anthony Smith of Ballwin; one granddaughter, Talia Faith Crowley, and another granddaughter on the way, Skye Ann Crowley; three nieces, Valerie Stroehlein, Heidi Jansen and Amy Hahn; three nephews, Eric Jansen, Brian Hahn and Cole Jansen; and a host of great-nieces, nephews, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Otto.

Robin devoted her life to her family and friends. Her love for them led her to organize many gatherings and events, which created many lasting memories.

To commemorate her memory, visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson, with parish prayers at 7 p.m. and a rosary to follow.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jackson. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Charleston, Missouri.

Pallbearers are James Smith, Anthony Smith, Cole Jansen, Greg Johnson, JD Mungle and James Haney. Honorary pallbearers are Jonathan Wheelis and Tyler Haney.

The family requests memorials be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Immaculate Conception of Jackson, 300 S. Hope St., Jackson, MO 63755.
