Robert Weith

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Robert J. "Bob" Weith, 56, of Perryville died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2001, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

He was born Feb. 20, 1945, in St. Louis, son of Homer and Pearl Pillars Weith. He and Shirley Milfeldt were married May 12, 1973.

Weith was a truck driver and gas station attendant at J&N Truck. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Becky Norfolk of Perryville; two sons, Claude and Pierre Janson of Perryville; his mother of Perryville; a brother, Randy Weith of Perryville; a sister, Brenda Difani of Perryville; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father and a daughter.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. today, and Saturday from 6:30-8:30 a.m.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Immanuel Lutheran Church. The Rev. Matthew Marks will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
