Collier, 66 years old, died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 1991, at his home.

He was born Aug. 1, 1924, at Linn, son of Robert and Catherine Posey Collier.

Collier was a field representative with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

He is survived by his wife, Doris.
