Robert Owen

Robert John Owen, 55, of Jackson passed away Saturday, March 30, 2024, at his home.

He was born Oct. 10, 1968, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, to Robert Owen and Deanna Thompkins.

He served in the U.S. Navy.

He loved to cook and share numerous recipes with friends and family. Large gatherings and cookouts were a regular occasion with Robert.

Robert was an avid NASCAR and St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan. He also enjoyed attending concerts and events with live music.

Survivors include his parents; wife; three daughters, Haley Owen, Heather Owen and Ashley Brown; brothers, Scott Owen, Cody Owen and Jonas Owen; sister, Kelly Owen; nephew, Devon Foutch, who was like a son to Robert; and grandchildren, Ayeden, Amylia, Alaina, Ambrose, Alexander, Adriana, Phoibe, Riley, Trinity, Challen and Breanna.

Ford and Liley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
